they said they are from yahoo won a trip just a scam artist

I just got a call from there and they knew my name and hung up, theys said nothing about yahoo

Did they know your name?

I answer this call three time, they ask me some private information and credit card details. So strange, they know my name, my birthday,  my home address. It's cheating!
