It says CRA filed a criminal case.

Scam all the way.  Can't believe that this caller doesn't seem to think that the words and strategy used are so obviously fake; it's a joke and an insult to my intelligence.  Just for fun, I am going to call the number back, but will block my number, and see what they have to say for themselves.
