Wow, I've won yet another free trip.  Don't think I can find the time to travel to all these wonderful places.  Does anyone ever fall for these nonsensical calls?

The cruise and travel scams, which I infer from your post, would not have persisted for years if someone, somewhere did not take the bait. This is why educating the public and warning them not to pay cold-calling strangers is a vital means of starving out the frauds.
