+54 613-261-8570 was the caller ID...  I didn't bother listening to the automated message beyond: "This is an important msg from the Marriott hotel.  Your # was selected.." ; I hung up at this point.  Not sure if it was SPAM, Marketing, or, a SCAMMER!! ??  Why use an out of country calling # if this was an in fact legit call?

Just received the same call (5.30pm EST) - however the number was hidden (private caller) which in itself is a red flag and hallmark of unethical telemarketers! Of course, my number has been on the Canadian do-not-call list for years...

I listened to the robotic caller - the message was roughly  - you have been selected for a free nights stay at one of our hotels - press 1 for more info.  I have received at last 3 of these calls this month (January 2015) - each time the call ID was hidden.

Country code 54 is Argentina btw. Surprised Marriott would use such unethical business methods and clearly breaking Canadian telcom law...
