Possibly this is a number by the same caller I was getting earlier that showed blocked or unknown. It is a recorded message in spanish. The woman yapps about fraud I commited in Canada and that justice will be served.... I called my phone carrier and asked them to make a note about it because these calls can cause a massive bill.
