Bell Sympatico..called nightly.  Finally picked up.  Told me that they were checking on Internet speed..mine wasn't as high as I could be getting, they'd like to send a technician to check the line, free of charge.  Said NO THANKS, speeds just fine for me.

I too had calls from 613-239-0150
I did call back later and found it came from Bell Sympatico, but got nowhere.

When I called on Wed. 13 of feb 2008 at 10am, The message said to call back during office hours...
