Called number back. No answer. However after 5:00pm only get busy signal.

The first time these guys called it was from this number and then, the next day, it was from 613.236.1712.
On my call display it says TSC - which in Canada means to me either the chain of rural equipment stores 'TSC' or the short form for the Canadian Home Shopping Network "The Shopping Channel".
Obviously, I'm just guessing at who these people are but unless I'm in the mood to b!tch someone out, they won't ever get me on the phone to confirm this information.

I just had this call and the same thing displays on my screen TSC. I had a hard time locating this number as I applied for important jobs in Ottawa, and I was hoping that this call comes from them. I tried to call back, i could feel that sbody picked up the phone, but he was saying nothing.
Just decide to forget about this.

Yeah, I noticed this number displayed twice on my phone when I got home. I too thought it might be The SHopping Channel. Why? Well, that TSC thing, although I did wonder why they'd call me, other than to let me know that I'd just won a fabulous prize package that I didn't enter for, of course. I tried phoning back but, alas, the line was busy. That's about as far as I'll go with. Somebody selling something no doubt.

I picked up, a young man with a Quebecois accent told me he was doing research in the area of "education", and asked if there was anyone in my home between the ages of 14 and 20 and I said no.
He said "Thank you for your time" and hung up. He could also detect the disbelief in my voice that the purpose of the call was what he said it was.
