Received a fax as well, seems to surface every few years. There is a website with steven west listed as CEO. phone number is different. located in S. FL.

Received a fax, from New York Private Equity, signed Edward Bower, Sr VP. To my husband who died in September. Touts new govt program called EB5-permanent residency for foreigners who buy US companies??? Phone # is in Canada.
