Got a call from this number at 10:05am 09-06-08 unknown id so never answered but when I called it back, it was not in service.

Please remember that caller ID can be faked. Yes, the number might be Scotiabank. Doesn't mean that's who is calling. NEVER give out personal information on a call you did not make. Bank? Back of credit card, phone book, or statement. Never call back a number left to you in a text, fax, email, or voice message. Look it up.
