Received text via cell phone indicating they were holding a package for me for delivery.

Received a text stating that they were holding a package for me. Definitely a scam. Scary though because It included my first & last name.

I received at text from this number January 13, 2017. The text contained my name, Delivery notice, for a package we have on hold for "my actual address" and the following number to contact. 613-225-4770.

Not much different than the spam emails that contain an infected attachment. Forward to 7726 to report, delete and block the number.
