I received a recorded message that said to call this number back as the issue it was concerning  was very  time sensitive..but the beginning of the message had been cut off and they didn't say who they were or what they wanted..
We have been hearing a lot about a Revenue Canada scam in my area.  Plus, call here says it comes from Kingston, while another iste I looked it up on says it came from Cornwall ON.

Who knows.  I won't be calling. . .

I have received two phone calls from this number stating it was regarding tax audit and was time sensitive

I intercepted that call as it came into my father's house.  It is a scam.  Apparently he is being audited by the CRA and he is being charged for tax evasion.  LOL... Ok so first off the "officer" would not talk to my father's accountant and then I think he almost fainted when I got assertive with him and told him that I wanted to know the SIN number on file and my father's middle name.  I called the OPP and was directed to the Fraud Centre to report this.  Do Not give them any information.

And one air-horn to the ear and he can collect on that!
