On December 11,2012 at 3:55 received a call from 613-209-0142. We were at home and the person didn't leave any massages on the phone. Don't want to have this call again.

I called this number back, and it is the Ottawa Citizen. There is a recorded message that says you can add your number to their "do not call list" if you you wish. You have to leave your name, number, and state do not call.
