Dead air

Scam call claiming to be calling from a Microsoft 'partner' company called FixMyPC (yeah right!), advising that my PC is infected with a virus. Caller became agitated when i would not provide any information and hung up.

got a call from this number... heavy accented male advised he was calling from Microsoft advising that my registration ID was flagged because of not updating security updates... When I assured him things could not be further from the truth as there is no Microsoft product in my home, he became very very agitated, telling me I needed these updates and then hung up... interesting... yet another scam....

Received a message from this number ... obvious scam ...threatening that they were the Canadian Revenue Agency.

A male with heavy accent called to say that there was a Microsoft problem with my computer.  I hung up and tried calling the number back to see who would answer and got a recording that the number could not be reached as dialed.
