Me too some fkin spanish lady mumbles something which I don't understand

If you call back the number says it is " Unallocated". If the number is unallocated I believe that means it is spoofed.

this first time I received the spanish lady - the number showed up as "unknown" and I made the mistake of answering it... I have since, tried to call the number back - and got a recording "this number is unallocated".  Tried several combinations between 612-977-2300 thru 612-977-2323 and received the same voice recording, "this number is unallocated".  If they keep calling I'm going to find a way to make them pay me back for the "lost" time!

Received unsolicited call to my cell. Returned call to get " unallocated" message?

Ditto here as well...
