Microsoft boys still wanting to fix my computer........

Fraudulent call claiming to be from "Customer Care Department of Windows".  Contradictory accounts of working/not working from Microsoft. Claimed to call to help me "find the problem" with my computer. Claimed that computer was attacked not by virus but with other malware. Claimed to be in California but I'm guessing call came from a call center in Bangalore. One guy provided the Web address itsolution.co.us another said to navigate to www.support.me then hung up when he became suspicious of all my questions.

Got call all week on a daily basis from this number. Never left a message. this person some how got my home landline unpublished phone number. This person just called again and I saw again on caller id which shows Whitney DN. I looked up exchange which shows Minneapolis Minnesota. The only conclusion I can come up with after reading everyone else's report is that Donella Whitney has a very sad case of mental illness.

This number continues to call numerous times a day. I will not answer it because I do not know the number and decided to look it up and found this information. I definitely won't be answering it now.

This number calls my home via computer caller several times a day and sometimes several times in an hour.  Then it disconnects because no rep is available.  This is the same scam from "we need to fix your computer"
