This number doesn't leave a message. I called it back, and it's an automated recording from Target. I have a Target Visa card, but am not past due. They also called from the number 612-852-0021. Calls are from a Minneapolis, MN area code. Not sure what they want, but if they want something - they'd better leave a message!

Who gives out our phone numbers? This is a new number, and which is not widely distributed. Is it the phone carrier?
