second day and hangs up again. Called them back again today to request being removed from them calling this office number. If I have to do it again, I will report them.

Called back and got Target. Anyways called Target directly from the number on the back of my card and spoke to a woman in guest services who says it was not one of theirs.
I don't know why the heck they are calling because I only have the Target debit card so no way I could own them money since it comes directly out of my bank.
I just set them up to get a number is not in service voicemail on my youmail.
