I have received several calls from this #  Since I don't recognize it I alway let it roll over to voice mail where the same man always asks for me by name.  My sister answered once and asked what the call was about, he told her to check their website which he did not give and hung up.  He continues to call almost daily.  I do not pick up.  If this has anything to do with special olympics they should get a new service.  This is annoying and creepy.

Got a call from this number this morning (Feb. 7).  Caller ID said "SOI  MN".  he asked for my son by name.  I told him party he wanted wasn't here.  He wouldn't leave a message but said "we're contacting previous contributors"....yeah, sure!!

I have received numerous calls with SOI MN caller ID, which I hadn't answered.  Tonight, 3/20/14, I answered so I could tell them to take me off of their list.  The caller asked for my mother by her first name.  I told him that she has been dead for 3 1/2 years (in fact, she never lived in the state but after her death I changed her mailing address to mine in the event of any unpaid bills).  The caller apologized; nonetheless, it was disturbing.  And what kind of lists are they working off of.  WHO IS SOI MN (Statement of Intent)?!

That number is for a division of Special Olympics, that does the fund raising. if you dial the number they will answer. Make sure you donate.

I received this number on my caller ID as well -  Didn't answer and here I found these statements. Thank you for putting it out there, so I know.

Simple way to deal with it is,if you don't know number or name on caller i.d. DON'T ANSWER!
