Perfectly legit. Calling as part of a U of M and State Health Department effort and they will give you the Doctor's name who is in charge if you wish.

Its not a scam. If it were its a bad one because they dont ask you any personal information. Its the u of m doing income based research studies on the access to health care due to the new health reform.

If this is not a scam, why don't they just leave a message when they call and I do not answer and I can choose to call them back?
