This is awful!  This # is calling my relative's cell phones saying I have a bench warrant and court appearance!  I do NOT.  They don't call MY phone, they call my son's phones!!!!  Not only ONCE, but daily!!!  This is absolutely invasive and inaccurate!  When I call the #, I cannot get a person!  It is all automated!  Says they are "Capitol Providence..."

Once again I received a call from 612-502-0108, this time it was a Martin Riley, says he is an investigator with Capital (or is it Capitol) Provident with the same message, saying that there is a "civil matter" pending against me tied to my drivers license and social security number, and if I or my attorney wist to make a statement to the plaintiff, to call their legal department immediately, or press any key to be connected. I called back and a message said that if I my call is regarding a pending court appearance to contact my jurisdiction or if I was called and knew the extension number to dial it now. The original message left did not leave an ext. # to dial.

When will these fools learn that everyone is up to their little schemes? They ought to give it up- every Attorney General, if not already, has the dozens on them. If these scammers think what they're doing is a way to get cash out of vulnerable, hard-working victims just to get holiday money, they are sadly mistaken. All they'll get is a lump of coal- and charges for racketeering, extortion, and 20 years in the State pen!!

I just got a message from this company saying my brother has a civil matter and a warrant out for his arrest due to no show of court? Well.. Needless to say... this person isn't my brother. And I am not sure what they are trying to do?
