Spam call about a sweepstakes.

Was it a phone number? Or email?

I don't know who this caller is but I got 3 calls from this number this PM.  I already blocked it once but apparently the number is being spoofed.  I called my provider and asked them why my caller reject didn't work and that's what I was told.  They put a hard block on that number but I doubt that will work
Also, I didn't answer any of the calls because I recognized it as one I had already blocked and I didn't pick it up at any other time previously.
