This call was received on May 15 at 12:57 pm Guatemalan time.  I am not sure Iknow anyone living in Minneapolis.  I could hear street noises at the other end but no voice from the caller.  Ilive in Guatemala central America and I don't think I can find out who the caller company is even if I ask my service privider Tigo.
