These people are relentless, I just answer, say nothing, tie up their line, until they hang up. They are a p.i.t.a.

This has been going on for quite a while.  They never leave a message.  Always ask for Jeff.  Promise me they will take my name off of the list.  Never do, though.  They sound like they are kids, but I suspect it is a collection agency.  Hopefully, someone with some authority will put a stop to this.  I have had the same cell phone number for 14 years+.  What a royal pain in my a$$.  I have limited minutes and do not need this headache!
