Scam

Agent something called, and said I had gotten a loan in 2010. I never even got the loan. He stated I had to pay 795.00 to not go to jail/court over the matter. He was American, however got very nervous when I asked for the state he was in. He also said he usually only speaks to law enforcement and was making an exception. Had my last four of social etc. I had applied for a loan but never received it.

Oh man scams left to right. A phone call saying almost the same I recieved a loan and now it's being turned over to the fraud department in county. I should settle before I go to jail are these people [***] retarded. You don't go to jail for owning money. The sad part is some people do not know and they pay what's asked. Please please read these and do not pay them a dime!!! Scam artist at their finest. I will report this to everyone that will listen as well as the proper authorities so the naivë do not have to give them their hard earned money. Report them to the fraud department so they can go to jail and that's not a scam that's to be done.

I posted on the website of this first before contacting you. But it is disgusting how they get a paying citizen to give over their hard earned money. They called me with the same bs. I will call the proper authorities to have them arrested.

Got a phone call today Oct 14th, 2013  from a woman named "Cortney Wilcox" from MEDIATION SERVICES regarding my debt. which I don't know which one. her phone number is 612-326-4152 ext. 702 I knew this Is a SCAM.. So I will not call her back!! but this is annoying..!! She threaten to bring me to the court and at the end she said good Luck. If the CREDITOR filing a law suit against you.. they will send you a letter.. not thru the phone. Just DO NOT CALL THEM BACK !!
