Male with a foreign accent stating that he needed to serve me papers. When I told him I did not know what he was talking about he told me to call 888-953-6736. He would call me back to confirm that the charges were dropped I did not call the number this is a scam. I had both numbers blocked on my phone.

Received call from this number.  Male caller left message for someone who is not me about some papers being served.  Message was garbled and could not understand most of it other than name of person they were looking for and something about important matter and papers.  I tried calling # back to let them know they had the wrong # and it is a number you can't call back.
