Received similar recorded message. No identity of who was calling or from what company. Believe it might be Direct Recovery Services. They are known for leaving vague messages threatening further action if you don't call back by end of day.

When answered a recording claiming to be looking for some other name.  However, if no action was made by 7pm today a Federal Law Agency would do something.  Not sure what to do

Called me too asking for someone I don't know........it's a scam I assume or someone looking for another......Don't call them back and don't talk to them............

I was told it was a federal law agency and they needed to speak to me immediately. it turned out to be ACE Check Cashing. This is a collection agency trying to collect a debt.
