Purports to be calling from Offshore Engineer magazine.  Have been calling frequently despite being told NOT to ever call our number again, that we do not want the magazine.  I have threatened to report them but not sure where to go.  They will not stop calling, asking for different first names in an attempt to talk to someone and send a subscription

Caller asked to be transferred to a name given to me.  After a few seconds of having trouble finding the person he then asked if he can be transferred to someone who is in charge of a magazine subscription or a office manager.  They are trying to get updated info on our company to get subscription we have with them.
