This has got to be another scammer number.  Never never never try returning a call to a number you don't recognize!

615-764-7701 Verizon Wireless out of Nashville, TN. According to a report to 800notes, this type of call is a trick to bill you for long distance incoming "courtesy call about plans and contracts".

504-913-6059 See also this number, reported 7/19/2012 (!).

Never pick up a call with a name and/or number you do not recognize. If you pick up such a call, hang up immediately. Do not push any numbers; you will be sent to the "chump list".
