A young male called and stated that he was calling on behalf of Capella University and that he could help me.  I informed him that I did not need any help regarding Capella University and not to call again and he kept insisting on helping so I just hung up the telephone. I have no links to Capella University.

 Spoofed number.  Collection agency that collects on loans already paid off.  Scammers

When I answer no one actually speaks. After a bit it hangs up. I get calls from this number several times a day. I have locked the number but it still gets through.

612 747 4812 is securitas security asking staff to pick up extra shifts

Called and did not leave message.  Has called several times, never leave message
