Just shows up and they hang up

Number shows up and they hang up on me.

This person keeps calling late at night.  When I answer they hang up on me.  When I try to search this number, it comes up as a cell phone.  Is it a telemarketer using their cell phone?

Someone calling all the time, and listens to our voice, then hangs up.  Maybe they have the wrong number, but it is bothersome.

I get the same thing.  It is a woman who clearly is foreign. She calls really late at night. My brother works for the phone company and found that it is under a business name.  She calls and hangs up. Should be reported.
