They call and call and don't say anything when the phone is picked up...

I received a call from this number and no one answered when I called back. I tried again and it was busy. I have seen this number before on my phone but ignored it. is is business or personal landline or cell?

This has to be a scam, my husband was home yesterday when they called and, being the gullable person he is, he answered and started talking to them. They said that they were a "food service" that would come to your house and sell all kinds of pastas and foods at cheap prices, sort of like the company Capital Meats, if anyone knows that. But toward the end of the conversation, they started asking for his name, address, any credit card information, social security #, etc. He didn't give it to them, so hopefully nothing happens. :(

I called them back... said they're a natural food service with home delivery.
