Called me 3 days in a row and always hung up before voicemail clicked on.  I called them back and it was someone trying to "save me money on my electric bill."  

It seemed very shady to me, especially since, like a previous commenter, a quick google search pointed me to a retirement & financial advising company called Custom K.
