Saw someone called from (610) 813-6709. When I tried to call back, the number it tried to dial was 011 6108136709 which would mean it was trying to dial an INTERNATIONAL number, which could rack up a serious phone bill.

**USE CAUTION WHEN PICKING THIS NUMBER UP** I did not have my cell phone with me when the call came in. Would be interesting to see if anyone else gets this number coming up if a live person tries to speak with you.

I did talk to some clamed to be Daniel with the police mans association. Liar ! Don't beleive him it showed up as spam. Creepy part is he knew my last name ! Very odd.

Caller claimed to be from police association.  Did not present himself in appropriate manner.  Gives the impression this is a scam.  I am on Do Not Call.  Not sure why Non Profit is allowed to bypass Do Not Call when I do not want solicitations of any kind calling my phone asking for money.

The caller was a woman claiming to be from "The Police Association."  I cut her off.  I received a call like this last year, from a gruff man claiming to be from "The Pennsylvania Police Association" wanting a donation.  The giveaway was the fact that the number was a New Jersey number, and he clearly had a New Jersey accent.   I hung up on him.  I gave the info to my local police department, and the chief told me that this is indeed a scam.  There is no such organization. It was unnerving that they knew my name.  I usually don't answer phone calls from numbers I don't know, but for some reason I answered these two calls!  Must remember not to do that again.
