This is a scam company and debt collector that masks their name and calls from several very similar numbers to get around call blockers.  They have also been calling from 610 768 8931, 610 768-8932, and 610 768-8942.  One time a name came up under the '31 number as "TULSA FINANCL O".  Other times the name under that '31 number were blocked.  Don't trust them or give them any information.  Hang up on the scum.

This is one of the likely spoofed numbers from the underhanded debt collector MLR Solutions which sometimes disguises themselves as "TULSA FINANCL O" on the caller ID.  They've called from 610 768-8931, 610-768-8932, 610 768-8942, 610 768-8945 and probably some other numbers too.  These people are not to be trusted.  They want you to call them back at 877 644-8605.  Don't!!
