Robot call "Linda Adams" trying to sell me a home security system.  Would I like to be transferred to a specialist?  me: May I ask what's the specialists name.    bot: Is it okay to transfer you now?    me: Yes but first, what's the specialists name.    bot:  I didn't hear you can you repeat that?   me : Before you transfer me to a specialist may I know the name of the specialist you are going to transfer me to?    bot:   I'm going to transfer you to a specialist okay?   me:  If you don't mind to tell me their name before you transfer me... etc. etc.    this went on a very long time eventually the bot hung up
