CID as "WIRELESS CALLER" and left a recorded message (in a computer voice) warning that this was a final notice, of the IRS suing me. Was in broken grammar. The call back number, was the same. Claimed it was the IRS "department number". I serious doubt the IRS would call with such a generic CID. Or have an office in Reading, PA. I guess some non-English speaking type, thought they could make some money, with their cell phone. And got a PC to puke out a synthetic voice message, to cover their foreign tongue. If they can bother to learn enough English to scam, they should learn how to speak it themselves.
