Spam caller from an organization collecting call data to sell to spoofers, spammers, and telemarketers. Beware of this one. I put an immediate call block for this number on my phone

i received a call from this number and as soon as I answered yes to a question they hung up - what do I do now!

Do not loose any sleep over it. I'd keep a close eye on things...like I am sure you normally do....but for all the hoopla over this "Yes" scam I have yet to hear of any confirmed case of fraud taking place due to just a "yes". It pays to be cautious, but don't go overboard.
You know if you just do not answer unknown calls you won't have to worry about saying yes or no.

Called twice this morning, asking to speak to the person who handles our credit card processing. The caller will not say who they are orwhere they are calling from .
