Called to my cell and left "Hello...Hello" message. I just simply blacked it.

They left a message. This is one of those charities that collects for another organization and barely gives anything to who they are collecting for. This recording was for a FOP = Fraternal Order of Police. If you want to do something nice for your local police go right ahead. But cold calls from somewhere out of the area aren't getting a dime from me.

Yep, this was "Joel Collins" a VERY stern sounding robo-voice, requesting a donation to the PA Fraternal Order Of Police Foundation (the WHA....??). I did the same thing I did in January when they called the last time: pledged a $55 donation, but, oh gosh, my CC is messed up right now so you'll have to send me an invoice in the mail and I'll pay by check. Who knows what this "organization" is ("Joel" didn't give an explanation) and using a robo-voice (strike 1) that sounds like a PO'd drill sergeant (strike 2) and calling every 6 months (strike at least 3) sets them up to be punked. You are quite welcome for the business, USPS...
