The phone ID showed up as NTL DEALER SVC each time they called. The first time they asked for my wife by first name and when I said she was not home they just hung up. The second time they called they asked if I still owned a very old Ford which make was leased by my wife many many years ago. When I said no, they just hung up again. I never did nor would I ever do business with an unprofessional group as this one.

I had the same experience as PO'd. I was asked about an expired warranty for a car my son used to own. As soon as I said that he no longer owned it, the caller hung up. Very rude, and I would never do business with a firm that does business like this.

I live in this area code and assumed it was a local business. They are from Atlanta Georgia and wanted to sell me extended warranty for my Ford van. Told them I got rid of it 2 years ago and they hung up.
