Collection agency calls my place of employment and threatens with a law suit.

man named patrick minor says that my sister in law put us down as referance and that they need tp talk to her due to a criminal act on the internet that she supposibly commited.  He is rude and pushy called twice and wanted my work # and demanded to know where my sister in law worked and lived.

They called me at work and harassed my co-worker. He called all the lines and threatened to call me at work and get me fired. I asked him to send me some paperwork so I know who they are. He won't send me anything at all.

leaves a message saying I was contact for my sister who commited fraudulant activities and she is going to be taken to court and legal action taken if I don't get her to call him.

The caller identified himself as "Luke Wilson".  He has a heavy foreign accent.  He said he reprsented Credit Inquiry Litigation and needed to resolve a very important matter to avoid legal action.  When asked to send us written documentation, he said that he could not without consulting a "high power".  When asked who he was representing he could not tell that.  Although the caller ID displayed "Unknown" with a phone number of "1", my Vonage caller ID showed "1+052797796" which means the call originated from outside the United States.
