I let it ring on the landline. I tried calling the number on my cell. It has an outgoing message "Sorry this call cannot be completed". It is in a man's voice. It doesn't sound like the typical voice that the phone company uses.

got a missed call from this number....based on past comments for this phone number,  it is perhaps someone looking for a sucker to give there personal information or to sell something.  If someone does not have the BRAINS to leave a message I don't return there calls.  I would advise you just block there number from your phone and he/she will move on to the next victim!

Called twice in the last 3 days.  No message on answering machine.

Same as the others - called and left no message.  Second call this week.

ID shows up as "Phoenixville PA"

Answer a call from this number. What sounded like a recorded voice said they were calling from "GE Home Security".
