Got two calls from this number with no one on the other end of the line

One call this evening, the first time this number has called here.  It is a local call. I expected to see a political message, as our primary is only  a few weeks away. Nothing, no message, and no caller ID.

This is yet another pest  call from Discover card.  The number is a land-line in Nazareth, PA.  The owner's name is not available on a reverse 411 search.  

Add this number to 877-780-9891, 866-290-7821, and 610-628-4162.  There may be more numbers from these obnoxious people with the Discover card.  Starting in January, these people have been calling our house numerous times a day, starting out with the 877 and 866 numbers, calling numerous times from both numbers. Then they added a "local" number, and then a second "local" number.  

None of the numbers identifies Discover card as the the caller.  I consider this harassment.  We do have a Discover card, but will choose it seldom or never, since this campaign of harassment has begun.

YOU HAVE TO CALL DISCOVER AND TELL THEM YOU WISH TO OPT OUT OF RECEIVING TELEMARKETING CALLS FROM THEM - they are required by DO NOT CALL laws to place you on their own do not call list.

I just received a call from this number it came across as Nazareth, PA on the caller ID. The gentleman said he was calling on behalf of direct TV, saying this was a courtesy call. Hung up right away reported it to direct tv. They said no one would make such calls unless it was from direct tv number itself.
