did not leave a message.  I have received calls daily from similar numbers with "Reading, PA" as caller ID.  320-2195, 2196, 2189, 2184, 2199, 2208, 2194, 2183, 2172, 2201.  Today I picked up a call from 610-320-2190 and a male voice identified himself as an (unidentified) alarm company rep, then he hung up in mid-sentence.

Requesting these persons to take you off their list is of no avail. Block this number. Also, when anyone starts with a first name and not identifying their organization stating the call is being recorded, deserves a harsh nasty reply while also requesting being removed from their call list. Usually they'll hang up. These people are bottom feeders preying on the good people's politeness .
