I also received a call from this number just now but have received numerous calls for about a week from the same caller id which says "PA Law enforcement".  I try to call it back and it sounds like someone is hitting redial in my ear...

Caller leaves no message, but call different times of the day or night. I do not call them back. Complain to the telephone company!
