My caller id says its from norristown, pa, i have no idea whom it is, calls at least once a day.

Calls me, too. Claims there's a court case pending for my husband. It's a scam. Courts don't do business this way. If you ever pick up, and I don't suggest it, you'll hear the red flags immediately.
