Caller ID states Utility Company.  This is a local call for us and because I knew it was bogus and about furthering my education I did not answer.  What does a utility company have to do with furthering one's education?  This isn't the first call from them either.  Next time they call they will get an earful of my whistle that I keep by my phone.
