I didn't answer this call and it only rang twice so it didn't go to voicemail, but I called it back....it answers with a recording that says "press 9 to be put on the do not call list" SCAM/TELEMARKETER obviously.

Received it just now, Caller ID placed it as New Jersey. Didn't bother to pick it up, though.
