We are constantly receiving calls from this number....morning and evening. We tried to answer and are immediately clicked off. ANNOYING AND UNWANTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Probably Portfolio Recovery - really evil debt collector that buys expired debt for 2% and has many different #s including local #s. Do not answer the phone ever.
