Called and hung up

Caller ID showed this number to be unavailable.  They get the phone go all the way to the answering machine and hung up w/out leaving a message. Don't recognize the number.

YOUNG man with strong foreign accent CLAIMED to be Jordan Beckham with "Account Services" (no such company).  I asked him for the companies address and he first said 23 Park...something, in Atlanta Georgia.  I asked him to repeat the address because "I couldn't hear him" and he gave me a DIFFERENT address in ORLANDO, FLORIDA.  The caller ID said he was calling from Willingboro, New Jersey.  Next, I asked him for the companies phone number and he said "I don't know, why don't you check your phone and see what's coming up?" in a very immature, sarcastic, pranking voice.  I asked him who he REALLY was.  He said, "I'm Superman, ha ha ha."  I asked him if he was calling from Nigeria.   He hung up on me.

Prerecorded message:
Might have already received a mailing indicating my credit card rate is going up and to contact them to lower credit card rate.
Credit card not identified.
A check of phone number shows it belongs to a private citizen.
I chose "Telemarketer" for Call Type.  "Scammer" would be more appropriate.

received call earlier today number on recent call list says its from Kuala Dungun, Terengganu, Malaysia.... Voicemail id said New Jersey Number showed on recent call list as follows +60 9 835 2362 ( shows up as coming from above country) but on voicemail id as 609-835-2362     BEWARE OF THIS NUMBER, If answered it may/could cause an international charge to be billed to your phone bill
