Answered the phone to a lot of static.  wanted to confirm our business information, claimed to be from Chamber of Commerce but wouldn't hold on while I google'd her phone number.

Called to say was verifying business info. Phone sounded like wind was blowing like he was outside. He wouldn't give his name and was trying to rush info out of me.
